Policy for personalized items:

If the change comes before production has started no fee. Change in writing via email has to be confirmed. 

If the change comes after production has started customer needs to purchase a new item. Change will have to be confirmed in writing via email.  

Terms and conditions: 

Please double-check spelling, dates, and personalization details before final approval. Once production begins, changes may not be possible. If a change is requested after personalization has started, customers are responsible for either purchasing a new item at full price or paying a redo fee if the design can be corrected of $10-$15 each item. Personalized/customized items are non-refundable and final sale.
